*Student: Student delegates must upload a proof of status: the document must be issued in English. It can be a scan of your valid student ID card if issued in English or a confirmation from the Dean’s Office. The document should contain the same name and surname as your account and should contain an expiry date.
**LMIC participants: LMIC delegates must upload a proof of status: the document must be issued in English. It can be a scan of a statement by the organisation you are employed by or study at. The organisation must be located in a low or lower middle income country, as defined by the World Bank list. The document should contain the same name and surname as your Conftool registration account.
What is included in the live registration fee?
In case of cancellation before 15 June 2025, ESWI will refund 50% of the registration fee. On or after 15 June 2025, no refund will be payable.
ESWI Early Career Scientists’ Fund (ECaS Fund) provides grants to early career scientists from all over the globe who wish to attend the European Influenza Conferences and engage with distinguished members, speakers and participants over the 4-day conference.
Presenting authors of the highest scoring accepted abstracts (orals and posters) will be invited to apply for the ECaS Fund. The ECaS Fund will be allocated based on the score of the abstracts, which will be evaluated by our Scientific Programme Committee.
This will happen after the abstract evaluation process.
