*Student: Student delegates must upload a proof of status: the document must be issued in English. It can be a scan of your valid student ID card if issued in English or a confirmation from the Dean’s Office. The document should contain the same name and surname as your account and should contain an expiry date.
**LMIC participants: LMIC delegates must upload a proof of status: the document must be issued in English. It can be a scan of a statement by the organisation you are employed by or study at. The organisation must be located in a low or lower middle income country, as defined by the World Bank list. The document should contain the same name and surname as your Conftool registration account.
What is included in the live registration fee?
- Access to all Conference Sessions and Satellite Symposia (except for exhibitors)
- Coffee Breaks
- Conference Lunches
- Light refreshments during two poster networking events and a welcome networking event.
- Access to the recordings of all sessions on demand after the conference.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation before 15 June 2025, ESWI will refund 50% of the registration fee. On or after 15 June 2025, no refund will be payable.
